Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst (AI Training) About The Role We're partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, safer AI — and we need real GRC practitioners to make it happen. As a GRC Analyst on this project, your hands-on experience with compliance frameworks, risk management, and security policy will directly shape how AI systems understand and reason about governance and risk. This isn't a traditional compliance role.

You'll be working at the frontier of AI development, helping evaluate and validate the kinds of complex, real-world scenarios that only seasoned practitioners truly understand.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness

Evaluate compliance scenarios across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST

Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation

Generate and validate high-quality training and evaluation data for AI systems





Apply your real-world GRC expertise to catch nuance that AI systems miss Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management

Solid working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar frameworks

Comfortable reading, interpreting, and critiquing policy and audit documentation

Exact, detail-oriented, and robust in written reasoning

Self-motivated and able to work independently on an asynchronous schedule Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows

Background in information security, internal audit, or third-party risk
