We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our Production Team as Glue Bay Assemblers. These hands-on roles are crucial in delivering high-quality furniture products that meet both our craftsmanship standards and customer expectations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and safety protocols.

This is a permanent, full time position working:
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:06pm
Friday: 5:00am – 12:46pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
Use hand tools to assemble parts.
Conduct quality control checks, ensuring the finished product meets our standards.
Clean and maintain work area and equipment.
Applying adhesives or upholstery materials in line with product requirements
Follow workflows and tasks to meet production targets and deadlines.
Finished products to meet quality specifications and customer requirements.




Perform in line with quality assurance standards, WH&S; regulations and company policies

About You:

We’re looking for team players with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ideal candidates will have:
Experience in furniture assembly, upholstery, or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
Valuable understanding of basic hand tools and equipment
The ability to read measurements and follow instructions accurately
A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
A focus on quality and safety in everything you do
Physical fitness and willingness to carry out manual handling tasks
