AECI is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to support inventory accuracy, supply chain reporting, and system integrity across our manufacturing and warehousing operations. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll play a key role in inventory reconciliation, SAP transaction processing, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage stock counts and inventory reconciliations
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Process and validate production transactions in SAP
Maintain inventory and master data accuracy
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Support inventory audits, reporting, and continuous improvement projects
Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Finance teams to improve supply chain performance
About You
3+ years' experience in supply chain, inventory, logistics, manufacturing or a similar environment
SAP or ERP system experience
Solid analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel and Power BI capability
Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
