Primary Care Connect is seeking a Financial Support Worker to assist clients in rural and regional areas, focusing on mortgage distress, arrears, and utility issues. You will assess needs, advocate, and refer to internal and external programs.

You will deliver money management coaching, budgeting, and workshops, helping clients build financial resilience and maintain secure accommodation. You will document plans, track progress, and collaborate with the Financial Counselling Team.
