About You
Experience in internal sales, account management, or customer service
Knowledge of welding, industrial, trade, or counter sales environments
Solid communication skills and qualified presentation
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Current driver's licence and Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
Able to pass a pre-employment medical
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and enquiries
Provide customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face
Process sales orders, purchase orders, and quotations
Perform accurate data entry and administrative tasks
Work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace
