About Dwelly Dwelly is a UK-based, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform that grows through a roll‑up strategy, acquiring estate agencies and building technology to automate tenant management, payments and post‑rental maintenance. The platform integrates AI services to streamline all business processes for real‑estate agencies, putting them on a tech‑enabled digital letting platform within two months to improve user experience and efficiency. Role As a Lettings Negotiator, you will own the day‑to‑day relationship with landlords and run the Tenant Find journey end to end – from property listing through applicant screening to offer and move‑in.

You will be the person landlords and tenants rely on for fast, accurate, qualified service.

Responsibilities - Run the end‑to‑end tenant find journey: manage applications, collect holding deposits, complete referencing, schedule inventory, prepare contracts and coordinate move‑ins.
Build and manage robust relationships with landlords, keeping them informed and confident throughout the let, advising on the best tenants and negotiating price reductions.
Resolve complex cases and unblock issues before they escalate, keeping every property moving.




Deliver excellent service to landlords and tenants.
Cooperate with other functional departments – property management and payments – to ensure full sync during the move‑out to move‑in process.

Qualifications - Essential UK residential lettings experience, ideally with a tenant‑find focus.
Solid communicator – clear, professional and confident with customers.
Comfortable making calls and handling difficult conversations while remaining empathetic.
Fast learner, comfortable with technology – picks up new processes and systems quickly and adapts to change.
Ready for an environment of continuous change and improvement.
Organised – keeps a busy workload moving without dropping details.
Nice to have: regular user of ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
