Bellbowrie Tavern operates a bustling family bistro, a premier gaming lounge, and a lively public bar. This role requires a leader who lives in the thick of the action, enjoys being on the floor, connecting with regulars, and maintaining high standards across every department.

A Day In The Life Of An Assistant Manager
Get to know the locals so well they consider you part of the crew
Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of hospitality legends
Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
Bring energy, service, and smiles every shift

Inherent Requirements
This hands‑on role involves manual handling and lifting (moving stock, kegs, deliveries). Applicants must be able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About You




Experience working in a bar, bistro, or gaming room, and some supervisory experience
Learned from excellent managers and ready to step up
Confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
Current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as required by state regulations
