Aurora Expeditions is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead the delivery of secure and high-quality expedition experiences aboard our voyages. This role is pivotal in supporting onboard teams and managing the execution of our Activity Program, which includes kayaking and snorkeling.
The ideal candidate will have robust organizational skills, proven leadership experience, and a background in expedition operations, with a preference for polar experience. The position is based in Sydney with some flexibility across Australia and Recent Zealand.
