Beaver Group in Perth, a private holding company, is seeking a hands-on HR leader to build the People Engine for its $100M+ growth plan. You will partner with the Founder and senior leaders to assemble an A-player team, design remunerations, and implement a practical HR tech stack.
You will report to the GM Commercial with responsibility across Beaver Process Equipment and group-wide roles, in a 110-person group expanding 20–30 people annually.
