Are you a pool expert with a knack for leadership? As the Leak Service Manager, you'll take charge of keeping things flowing smoothly, literally! If you’re ready to lead, inspire, and manage a team of RHINOS while tackling leaks and exceeding expectations, this role is for you.
Pay and Perks:
Compensation: $75K-90K a year

About the Role:
Be the face of our culture by modeling humility, accountability, and servant leadership. You'll inspire your team to grow, both personally and professionally.
From job assignments to inventory management, you’ll ensure everything runs efficiently and on schedule. You'll even step up as the acting Branch Manager when needed!
Oversee the quality of work, maintain safety standards, and make sure every leak is sealed.
Regular check-ins, job site visits, and team huddles will be key tools in your toolkit.
Develop plans to hit revenue targets and ensure the team’s KPIs are on point, including closing repair sales, maintaining low “go backs,” and achieving production benchmarks.
What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year tenure at RED RHINO required
Robust leadership skills and a background in leak detection
Stellar communication and customer service chops
A love for problem-solving and keeping things effective
