Execute visual direction in store, translating trends into solid, commercial displays
Monitor product flow and maintain high visual standards across all areas
Analyse sales and customer behaviour to promote the right product
Support and align the team on visual priorities and daily actions
Work across the shop floor, fitting room and cashier when needed

What we’re looking for




Experience in visual merchandising or a strong eye for styling and product
Experience supporting or leading a team in a retail environment
A clear interest in fashion, trends and customer behaviour
Ability to read the store, make decisions and adapt quickly
A collaborative mindset with confidence to guide and influence others
Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work a mix of weekdays and weekends (38 hours per week)
