Are you an experienced Landscape Supervisor / Team Leader or a skilled landscaper ready to step up into a leadership role? We’re looking for a motivated skilled to join our team and take charge of commercial and some high-end residential projects across the greater Brisbane region.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing in office landscaping projects from start to finish, including commercial streetscapes, warehouse/townhouse and some high end residential
Managing and coordinating staff, subcontractors, and suppliers




Handling project logistics, including material orders and site operations
Liaising with clients and ensuring high-quality project outcomes
Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in landscape construction – either as a supervisor or a skilled landscaper ready for the next step
Cert III in Landscaping (preferred), or strong hands-on experience
White Card (essential)
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously and drive projects to completion
