Job Summary

Guardian Nursing Agency (GNA Services) is seeking a reliable and hardworking Gardener to join our team in Broome, Western Australia. You will provide gardening and basic outdoor maintenance services to older Australians receiving support through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), helping them maintain a safe, tidy, and enjoyable home setting.

Key Responsibilities
Lawn mowing and edging
Weed removal and garden clean-up
Pruning shrubs and small trees
Trimming hedges
Green waste removal
General outdoor maintenance
Maintain a safe and qualified work setting
Complete service records after each visit
Communicate respectfully with elderly clients and office staff

Requirements
Previous gardening or landscaping experience preferred
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Current Australian Driver's Licence




Reliable vehicle suitable for transporting gardening equipment
Own gardening equipment and tools
National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
ABN preferred (for contractor positions)
