Senior Product Manager (EL2 Equivalent) - Baseline - Canberra/Australia any where with hybrid
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to support a major Federal Government transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to define product direction and priorities.
Lead product discovery, analysis and solution refinement.
Develop and manage product roadmaps and prioritised backlogs.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, services and digital capabilities.
Balance user needs, business priorities and delivery constraints.
Collaborate with Product Owners and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
Manage product risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
Communicate product progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Essential Experience
Proven experience as a Product Manager within complex enterprise or government environments.
Experience leading product discovery,
roadmap planning and backlog prioritisation.
Solid stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Experience working with Agile multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to balance user needs, business value and technical feasibility.
Solid strategic thinking and problem-solving capability.
Highly Desirable
Federal Government experience.
Experience working across digital transformation or enterprise platforms.
Understanding of value stream management and business process improvement.
Baseline Security Clearance or ability to obtain.
