Environmental Oils | Full-Time | Onsite (8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm)
Environmental Oils is seeking an experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our operations team. In this role, you'll coordinate the daily allocation of trucks and drivers, manage collection schedules, and ensure our fleet operates safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Allocate trucks and issue daily runs to drivers.
Plan daily schedules to maximise fleet utilisation.
Monitor fleet movements and respond to operational changes.
Troubleshoot customer and driver issues.
Coordinate collection time slots and provide customer service via phone and email.
Maintain compliance with NHVR, fatigue management and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
Identify prospects to improve fleet performance and operational efficiency.
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in fleet coordination, transport scheduling or a similar role.
Experience in transport or linehaul operations.
Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a quick-paced setting.
A sound understanding of NHVR and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
