Sushi on Fire is a busy, high-quality sushi restaurant dedicated to serving fresh, delicious food. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Sushi Maker to join our team and help us deliver exceptional, beautifully prepared dishes to our customers.

What You'll Do
Prepare and roll a variety of high-quality sushi, including maki and nigiri.
Cook and season sushi rice to the correct consistency and flavor.
Maintain a spotless, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety and health regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to ensure fresh ingredients are always available.
Work efficiently during peak service hours to ensure orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous experience working as a Sushi Maker or in a similar kitchen role is highly preferred.
Skills: Solid knife skills and an eye for presentation and detail.

The ability to work quick while maintaining high standards of quality in a busy environment.
Team Player: You have a positive attitude, communicate well with the front and back-of-house teams, and are ready to pitch in where needed.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends and busy evening shifts.
