We are a fine dining Indian restaurant seeking a reliable and motivated Kitchen Hand with strong food preparation skills to join our qualified kitchen team.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-quality environment and takes pride in precision, consistency, and maintaining excellent kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and chop ingredients to a high standard
Assist chefs with daily mise en place and food preparation
Support plating and service operations
Complete dishwashing duties and maintain kitchen cleanliness
Perform end-of-service cleaning and kitchen resets
Assist with general kitchen organisation and hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in food preparation and confident knife skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy commercial kitchen




Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Comfortable handling commercial-sized pots, pans, and kitchen equipment

Working Hours
Afternoon and evening shifts only
Weekend availability is essential

Must be based locally or able to reliably commute to Innaloo, WA 6018
Must have valid Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
