JAPASU by Sang is an independently owned Japanese restaurant in Zetland, built on genuine hospitality, exceptional food and warm, professional service. We're a close-knit team that takes pride in doing things properly and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
We're looking for a passionate and reliable Full-Time Wait Staff member to join our team.
We're not looking for someone to simply fill a position. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, works hard, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and wants to grow with us.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a restaurant workplace
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organised and able to perform well in a fast-paced workplace
Bar experience is highly regarded
Wine, sake and cocktail knowledge is highly regarded, but not essential (full training provided)
Immediate Start available!
Must have valid Australian working rights with no restrictions & hold a current NSW RSA

Please note: This is a full time salaried position. Salary will be negotiated based on your experience, capability and the appropriate Hospitality Award classification for your role.
