HUGO BOSS are seeking a skilled, fashion forward, and passionate Full Time & Part Time Sales Consultants to join us at our Bondi Junction location.

In this role you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service, fitting and styling expertise to our clients, as well as collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations.

What you can expect

Driving sales and providing exceptional customer service and styling expertise to our clients

Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day operations

Demonstrating a customer centric mindset to ensure customer’s expectations are surpassed at every chance

Building a steady clientele of repeat shoppers through relationship building and CRM data gathering

Supporting in all merchandise related processes,



including stock management and loss prevention

Maximizing every sales chance to achieve individual and store targets and KPI’s

Your profile

Customer service experience is essential, with a proven ability to maintain a clientele base highly regarded

Previous experience in suiting or styling menswear (desirable)

A genuine love of fashion and well-versed styling expertise

Experience working in a team to achieve business goals

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
