Following continued growth through acquisition, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Claims Executive to join their Perth CBD office.
Reporting to the WA Branch Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of predominantly SME and commercial insurance claims, providing end-to-end claims support while building strong relationships with clients, insurers and stakeholders. With an active portfolio of up to 150 claims, this role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of up to 150 insurance claims from lodgement through to settlement.
Provide exceptional claims support to SME and commercial clients.
Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, assessors and other key stakeholders.
Keep clients informed throughout the claims process and provide timely updates.
Negotiate claim outcomes and advocate on behalf of clients where required.
Ensure claims are managed efficiently,
accurately and in line with industry standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and claims records.
About You
Previous experience managing general insurance claims within a brokerage is preferred, commercial claims experience at an insurer is still considered!
Robust knowledge of commercial and/ or SME insurance products.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
A proactive and client-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented team environment.
