RJC Electrical Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Worker- Excavator Operator to join our team based in Williamstown, VIC. This full-time role is vital in supporting our ongoing 'Pole 2 Pit' Contract with Zinfra & other infrastructure projects whilst delivering exceptional service to our clients.
What you'll be doing
Performing general civil construction duties such as site preparation, excavation, and backfilling
Assisting with the installation and maintenance of underground utilities, including pipes & cables
Operating a variety of hand and power tools, as well as small construction equipment
Following safety protocols and ensuring a clean and organised work setting
Collaborating with the wider construction team to complete projects on time and to a high standard
What we're looking for
Prior experience as a civil worker or in a similar construction role
Familiarity with civil construction methods, tools, and equipment
Solid attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions
Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks
A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
