You’re a practical problem-solver who enjoys diagnosing faults, working independently and delivering high-quality service. Whether you're carrying out preventative maintenance or responding to breakdowns, you're someone customers can rely on.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Install and commission car wash equipment and hardware
Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance
Provide in office and remote technical support to customers
Use a methodical approach to fault-finding and problem-solving
Participation in a rotating on-call roster (weekends and public holidays)
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to travel regularly across Victoria and occasionally interstate
Current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
Keen attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
Be physically capable of working in various environments
Solid working knowledge of digital systems and reporting tools
Relevant electrical or mechanical trade qualification preferred
