Rutherford, NSW | Full-Time JR Richards & Sons is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service / Administration Officer to join our Rutherford team. About the Role
Working as part of a supportive administration team, you will be responsible for providing qualified customer service while assisting with a variety of administrative functions. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers and play a vital role in supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Providing outstanding customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
Processing customer orders, service requests, quotes and documentation
Maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems
Assisting with scheduling, appointments and general office coordination
Preparing correspondence, reports and administrative documentation
Liaising with customers and internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in customer service, administration or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
High attention to detail and accuracy
Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
A positive attitude and willingness to support the team
The ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team
