We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Disability Support Worker to join our team in Moe, VIC. This casual role involves supporting a female NDIS participant with daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.

The successful candidate will provide person centred support and assist the participant to maintain a protected, comfortable, and positive home workplace.

Shift Details
Location: Moe, VIC
Days: Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Hours: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
Shift Duration: 5 hours per shift
Commencement: Within the next two weeks

About the Role

You will support a female participant with household tasks and daily routines, including:
Meal preparation
Light cleaning
Laundry assistance
Supporting independence within the home
Building a positive and respectful relationship with the participant
Following the participant’s support plan and individual needs




Completing progress notes and reporting any changes in wellbeing

About You

We are looking for someone who is:
Compassionate, patient, and respectful
Reliable and committed to providing quality support
Comfortable working independently
Experienced in disability support, aged care, or community care (preferred)
Passionate about empowering people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives

Essential Requirements
Female support worker preferred due to participant requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid and CPR Certificate
Australian Driver Licence
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Working rights in Australia
