Are you an experienced Farm Hand seeking an opportunity to join a well- established broad-acre cropping operation in Mount Madden, WA? Our client is looking for hardworking and trustworthy individuals to join their well-established operation focused on cereals, canola, wheat, and barley. This role covers 25,000 hectares across three main properties, offering the chance to work with modern equipment in a supportive, family-oriented setting.

You will be involved in all aspects of the cropping program, working with large-scale machinery and contributing to the smooth day – to- day running of the operation. Duties include spraying, planting, harvesting, and general farm work, along with supporting maintenance and workshop tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate a range of up-to-date farming machinery, including headers, John Deere tractors with GPS technology, and Agrifac sprayers
Carry out spraying and planting operations
Assist with machinery maintenance, servicing, and repairs
Perform welding and basic fabrication work as needed





About you:
Experience in dryland cropping
Proven ability in operating large–scale farming machinery
Holds a valid truck licence
Chemical Certificate or willing to obtain
Mechanically minded with practical problem- solving skills
Welding fabrication experience – highly regarded
Reliable, adaptable, and a solid communicator
Non–smoker preferred
Own vehicle required
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
