March Partners is a client-focused advisory firm for privately owned Australian business owners. We work on the strategic side, tax structuring, virtual CFO, exit planning, ESOPs and business valuation, helping owners grow, protect and realise the value of what they've built. The firm is growing, and we're building the team.

Pay: $100,000–$135,000 + super, depending on experience. We work with some of Melbourne's more compelling founders, multi-site groups and growing businesses, and there's a real mix. You'll get the fundamentals right, but you'll also be across the higher-value work: structuring, tax planning, valuations, capital decisions, and working closely with owners as they grow.

And because we're still early, this is more than a job. You'll play a key role in shaping what March Partners becomes: how we operate, how we serve clients, and the kind of firm we build. That's a rare thing to get in on. What you'd be doing:

Managing a portfolio of business clients (companies, trusts, partnerships)

Reviewing and preparing financial statements and tax returns

Overseeing BAS/IAS and compliance The advisory work: structuring, tax planning, budgets and cash flow, Division 7A, ESOPs

Mentoring junior staff as the team grows What we're after:

Business services experience in Australian public practice

Solid technically, and comfortable in Xero

Client-focused, takes ownership, cares about doing outstanding work
