The Role

As a Casual Disability Support Worker, you’ll support clients in their homes and in the community. Your day may include:
Daily living support and personal care
Community access, social outings, and appointments
Meal preparation and healthy routine support
Creative activities like arts, crafts, and hobbies
Building confidence through positive, person‑centred interactions

No two shifts are the same — and every one makes a difference.

About You

You’re someone who brings heart, creativity, and emotional intelligence to your work. You have:




Great organisational skills that help create calm, structured environments
A love for cooking and making meals meaningful
A passion for arts and crafts
A sociable, outgoing personality that helps clients feel comfortable and engaged
The ability to read social cues and respond with empathy
A hard‑working, reliable, and positive attitude

Previous experience working with participants with neurological or psychosocial disabilities preferred; however we welcome motivated applicatiants who are willing to learn and develop new skills.
