Loving Start Healesville is currently looking for an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join our growing team.
We are a beautiful, family-oriented early learning service located in the heart of Healesville, focused on creating a warm, inspiring and supportive environment for children, families and educators.
About the Role
Lead and support a team of educators within the room
Create engaging learning environments and experiences
Build solid relationships with children and families
Support programming, documentation and daily operations
Work closely with the leadership team
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma or ECT qualification (or working towards)
Previous Room Leader experience preferred
Solid communication and leadership skills
Passion for early childhood education
Current WWCC and relevant certifications
