About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Commis Chef, Demi Chef or Chef de Partie
A genuine passion for food and hospitality
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Trade qualifications in Commercial Cookery (or currently completing)
Full Australian working rights

Working alongside our Head Chef and senior kitchen team, you'll play an key role in delivering high-quality meals and maintaining the high standards our members have come to expect. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and cooking meals to a consistently high standard
Assisting with daily kitchen operations during service
Maintaining food quality, presentation and portion control
Supporting menu preparation and seasonal specials
Assisting with stock rotation, storage and waste minimisation
Maintaining food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards
Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
Contributing to a positive, professional and team-focused kitchen culture
