We're looking for an organised, welcoming and reliable Administration Officer who has a heart for serving others and shares our Christian values Ready to use your administration skills to make a real difference? You’ll be the friendly first point of contact, helping keep our program running smoothly while supporting residents, staff, and visitors. Position Snapshot:
Full time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (30-minute lunch)
Rostered Day Off (RDO) every month
Salary packaging available
What you’ll do:
Reception, phones, emails, and front-of-house administration
Process and reconcile weekly student allowances, petty cash and other financial transactions
Perform MYOB data entry, account reconciliations and general finance administration
Assist with Centrelink and NDIS administration
Maintain accurate records and support compliance reporting
Assist with basic website and social media updates when required
What you bring:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration, reception or customer service
Confidence working with numbers and financial administration
Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software
Robust organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
A calm, reliable and skilled approach
Sound Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Essential Requirements:
Current
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current
First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
Current Infection Prevention and Control Training (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
Current Australian Driver Licence
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
Active involvement in a Christian church
