We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Commis Chef to join our team at our stunning resort, working across a variety of dining outlets. You will primarily work in our signature restaurant, Azure Bar and Grill, known for its refined atmosphere and seasonal, locally inspired menu. You may also have the opportunity to work in our food truck at Summersalt, our adults-only pool bar with a Mediterranean-inspired snack menu, or poolside at Breeze Café which has its own unique menu, that has just been designed to specifically cater to the poolside dining experience for our guests to enjoy.





This is a casual position with approximately 30 hours per week available. We require your flexibility to work both AM and PM shifts. You may have experience working in a busy café, restaurant, or hotel/resort workplace serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and are looking for a new challenge.

Skills and Experience Requirements - Previous experience in a high volume café, restaurant, or hotel/resort setting serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner - Full availability including weekends and public holidays - Able to adapt to busy periods with a sense of urgency - Willingness to learn excellent technique - Able to follow recipes and plan your time accordingly - Actively demonstrate pride in your work - Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards - Only applicants that have permanent resident status or unrestricted rights to work in Australia will be considered - WHV require +6 months commitment in order to be considered
