About the role

Buslines Group is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Orange, NSW. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our fleet of Buses, ensuring they are kept in top condition and running smoothly. This is a full time position and a fantastic opportunity to work for a respected and growing company in the automotive industry.

What you'll be doing
Perform regular maintenance and servicing of diesel-powered buses
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles
Carry out scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance programs
Liaise with management and other team members to ensure efficient and effective vehicle maintenance
Maintain accurate records of all work performed
Ensure a safe and clean work environment

What we're looking for
Qualified Diesel Mechanic with a relevant trade certificate
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Diesel Mechanic
Strong technical skills and knowledge of diesel engine systems, hydraulics, and electrical components




Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing high-quality, safe, and efficient vehicle maintenance
Valid driver's licence and ability to operate a range of commercial vehicles
