About the Role

As our Diamond / Sales Consultant, you will be offering top-tier service and creating a warm, memorable experience for every customer. Whether it’s an engagement ring, anniversary gift, or “just because” moment, you’ll be helping customers mark milestones in style.

Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through their jewellery journey with expertise, care, and genuine enthusiasm
Assist with custom designs and bespoke orders in our private diamond room
Maintain a beautiful showroom presentation
Book in customer repairs
Contribute to a positive team culture and deliver a luxury-level experience

What We’re Looking For
Retail/customer service experience (jewellery experience is a plus)
Strong communication and people skills




A genuine passion for fine jewellery
Attention to detail and pride in presentation
Reliable and adaptable with availability (including weekends)
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a supportive, high-performing team
