Fixed term contract until March 2028 as a Development Manager in Architecture, Design & Planning.

Responsibilities - Raise financial gifts supporting projects and programs across the University.
Focus on new prospective donors aligned to the strategic priorities of the School.
Build and grow the pipeline of donors, including high net‑worth prospects.
Identify, cultivate, and negotiate gifts of $100,000 or more.
Solicit multiple major gifts and meet or exceed financial targets.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align donor interests with University priorities.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications - Solid experience in major gifts fundraising, with a demonstrated ability to identify, cultivate, and negotiate $100,000+ opportunities.
Solid track record of meeting financial targets in a quick‑paced, dynamic environment.




Ability to work autonomously while effectively communicating and seeking support when needed.
Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Highly developed emotional intelligence; self‑aware with exceptional interpersonal skills.
High achiever, naturally driven by qualified and personal success.
