Title: Desktop Support Technician and Office Admin

Payout Scale: $55,000 to $60,000 per year + Super About the Company: We are V4 Services Group based in Melbourne. This position is for our IT Support business division for our Customers in Melbourne.

In our IT division, we provide on-site support for home and business users, along with other offerings.

About the Role: Providing IT Support (Onsite) to Home and Business Users for Issues like Emails, Internet Setup, Printers, Windows and Mac Troubleshooting, Data Recovery, Hardware Troubleshooting etc.

This role may require travelling around different suburbs across Gold Coast and other areas.

When not at client site, handle office admin work in our Glen Waverley Office.

Essential Requirements for this role: Minimum 1 Year of demonstrated experience for Desktop Troubleshooting.

Experience can be in Australia or Overseas





Should have technical knowledge of diagnosing technical problems and issues such as installation, maintenance, repair, upgrade and configuration and troubleshooting of desktops, software, hardware, printers, internet, email and operating systems.

Having customer facing experience is an added advantage.

Very Solid Verbal Communication Skills.

Should have their own vehicle along with a valid Australian Driving License in case travelling to customers.

Should be a quick thinker and Self Motivated with go getter attitude.

You have to be based in MELBOURNE and should have full work rights. (Candidates applying from outside Australia shall not be considered) Key things to know before you apply: This profile includes travelling, you MUST have your own vehicle.

You must have full time work rights in Australia.

You must have a valid driver's license.
