We're Looking For:
Sous Chefs
Strong leadership experience in high-volume kitchens
Passion for coaching and developing teams
Sound understanding of food cost and kitchen operations
Chef de Parties / Demi Chefs
Experience running sections in busy kitchens
Ability to work across service periods with consistency
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Commis Chefs
Eagerness to learn and develop your culinary career
Basic kitchen experience and a strong work ethic
Passion for hospitality and excellent food
Kitchen Porters
Reliable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a fast-paced team
Previous kitchen experience desirable but not essential
