We are currently seeking a part time staff member for our Margaret River Administration team to assist with the busy day to day background operations of our winery and provide support to our departments. Part time will consist of four full week days, with either Tuesday or Wednesday off. (Flexibility can be arranged for the right candidate.)

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Our administration team manages the behind the scenes tasks for Bottling, Warehouse, Winery, Cellar Door, Vineyard and Finance. This role focuses on stock management & general administration.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Bill of materials, stock take administration & reconciliation
Data, order entry and general data management
Distributor order processing & customer liaison
Other general administrative duties





The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
High level of organisation and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Familiarity or experience with stock movements (desired although not essential)
Ability to thrive in a team setting and to work independently
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Comfortable working in a quick paced environment and able to meet deadlines
Experience with MS suite and accounting software
