We are calling for an Expression of Interest for a Care Partner Support.

Located at our Northern Community Site at Elizabeth, this role is offered as a six month full time secondment role. In this role, it is expected you will demonstrate personal responsibility, effective communication, and adaptability while consistently delivering high-quality service aligned with Resthaven’s values. This includes transparent and respectful communication, active listening, and providing timely updates.

Selection Criteria

Essential
Robust Administrative and Customer Service Skills
Appropriately trained aged care workers with relevant experience.
An empathy and understanding of issues for older people, their families, and carers
Knowledge and experience of quality systems for evidence-based care coupled with effective written and verbal communication skills




A commitment to supporting older people to remain at home in the community
Demonstrated computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Suite and electronic client care systems
A current SA driver’s license

Desirable

. The following qualifications are highly recommended:
Diploma of Nursing
Certificate III in individual Support (Ageing) or Health Services Assistance
Certificate IV in Aged Care, Disability or Community Services
Diploma of Community Services (Case Management)
Diploma of Ageing Studies and services
