We are seeking an experienced Administration & Accounts Officer to join a friendly and supportive team in a wide-ranging, fast-paced position. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys balancing high-level administrative responsibilities with accounts support duties while contributing to a positive and cooperative workplace culture.

Your current role

Reporting to the leadership team, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-level administrative support across the organisation
Managing correspondence, diaries, meetings and documentation
Preparing reports, presentations and business communications
Processing accounts payable and receivable
Assisting with invoicing, reconciliations and data entry
Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records
Supporting month-end processes and general accounts administration




Coordinating office operations and providing exceptional internal support

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience in administration and accounts support
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
A positive, adaptable and team-focused approach
