We are currently seeking E&I; Commissioning Supervisors to join our highly experienced team either on a casual or full time basis, depending on availability and project requirements.

E&I; Commissioning Supervisors will be responsible for supervising and managing the E&I; commissioning preparation and execution for projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop commissioning and completions strategies, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Implement and enforce project safety procedures throughout all commissioning phases.
Review and contribute to the development of work breakdown structures (WBS), commissioning systems, and commissioning priorities.
Manage site-based E&I; commissioning activities to ensure alignment with the overall project plan.
Provide robust leadership and direction to commissioning teams, fostering a culture of safety and performance.
Identify and manage commissioning resource requirements, including vendor coordination.
Ensure “as-built” documentation is updated accurately and reflects changes in line with project change management procedures.
Ensure compliance with both Dravus and client policies and procedures.
Prepare commissioning work packs, procedures, and supporting documentation.
Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly commissioning reports as required.
Support the development and continuous improvement of completions systems and processes.
What You’ll Bring:
Relevant trade qualification or an engineering degree with an electrical and instrumentation background.
Demonstrated site-based commissioning experience, with a track record of delivering scopes safely and efficiently.
Proficiency with completions tools and systems (e.g., CMS platforms).
Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across disciplines.
Solid understanding of systemisation and project turnover structures.
High competency in interpreting P&IDs;, SLDs, schematics, and termination drawings.
