The Opportunity:We’re hiring Experienced and Trainee Laboratory Technicians to join our team in Luscombe (Upper Gold Coast). No experience? No worries – full training is provided!

You’ll be working in office at a quarry, carrying out aggregate and concrete testing for one of our major clients, as part of Construction Sciences – Australia’s leading construction materials testing company.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be testing construction materials like aggregate and soil, operating lab equipment, recording data, and helping ensure safe and accurate results every day.

What You’ll Be Doing




Testing samples using lab equipment and machinery
Data entry and calculations on a computer
Manual tasks (lifting 10-20kg), and working on your feet
Some Saturday work and overtime as needed

About You:We’re looking for people who are:
Interested in a career change or just starting out
Safety-focused and physically fit
Flexible with shift work, including early starts and occasional weekends
Happy to work in a quarry and in dusty environments
Reliable and willing to learn

You’ll Also Need:
A current Australian driver’s licence (manual preferred)
White Card (or willing to obtain quickly)
To be an Australian/NZ citizen or permanent resident
To live locally in Australia
