NOW HIRING: VIP/BOTTLE SERVICE HOSTS (Multiple Positions Available)

This is not just a service role — it’s a sales-driven position at the heart of the guest experience. We’re looking for charismatic, motivated individuals who know how to read a room, build rapport, and turn moments into premium experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional, personalised service to VIP guests and booth bookings
Proactively sell and upsell VIP booths, bottle service packages, and add-ons
Build robust guest relationships to maximise repeat business and spend
Create high-energy, memorable moments that elevate the overall atmosphere
Maintain presentation and cleanliness of VIP areas and booths
Work closely with bar and floor teams to ensure seamless service delivery
About You:
Confident, outgoing and naturally engaging personality
Solid sales mindset with a proven ability (or desire) to upsell and hit targets
Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy nightlife settings
Immaculate presentation and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in VIP hosting, promotions, sales or hospitality is highly regarded
Available weekends, evenings and public holidays
Must hold a current & valid RSA
