Barker, we're looking for an enthusiastic Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our welcoming team on a part-time basis. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys a wide-ranging role, combining chairside assisting with front desk reception duties. You'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our patients while supporting our clinicians to deliver exceptional care.

As part of our close-knit team, you'll enjoy a mix of clinical and reception responsibilities, including: Assisting dentists with a variety of clinical procedures

Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining infection control standards

Sterilising instruments and managing clinical stock

Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression

Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries

Booking and managing appointments

Processing payments and health fund claims

Maintaining accurate patient records

Working closely with the team to ensure the practice runs smoothly Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Has previous Dental Assistant and/or Dental Reception experience (preferred)





Is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and customer service

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Is organised, reliable and able to multitask in a busy environment

Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
