This is a front line management role and involves working face to face on the floor with the children and staff for a minimum of 20 hours per week in addition to administration tasks.

This is a children's services lead role. The Coordinator ensures the operations of their OOSH service are planned and delivered to a high quality standard, and above our families expectations.

This role involves significant people skills, working and rostering staff, undertaking program development and assisting staff to engage with the children, their families, the program, the school and each other in a qualified and friendly way.

In particular this role requires someone who will drive the bus to drop off and pick up children from two other local schools. This requires at a minimum an LR license.

Applicants must either have an LR license or above, or have a full NSW Drivers Licence and be willing to upgrade to an LR license, at JCS expense, for this role.

You will have prior experience in a children's service lead role, a sound understanding of My Time Our Place as well as the compliance requirements under ACECQA and the Department of Education.





With enhanced time management skills and a solid grasp of office 365, when undertaking administration tasks and communications with families you will ensure every aspect of the service runs well.
