Post Office Club Hotel is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team.
As the new owners of the venue, we're investing in our food offering, systems and team. This is a excellent opportunity for a motivated chef to work alongside experienced chefs in a busy, community-focused pub.
The Role
Run your section with consistency and attention to detail
Prepare and execute service to a high standard
Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
Support junior team members and apprentices
Contribute to specials and menu development
What We're Looking For
Previous Chef de Partie or robust Commis Chef experience
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to perform under pressure during busy service
Passion for quality food and hospitality
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
Reliable, organised and a team player
