About the role

Gelare is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team in Bibra Lake, Western Australia. This is a casual role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a agile and growing company. This role will require 10 - 15 hours per week.

What you'll be doing
Oversee all accounting and financial operations for the company
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets and forecasts
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
Provide strategic financial advice to the leadership team
Implement effective accounting systems and procedures

What we're looking for
Experience in a book-keeping or accounts manager role, preferably in a small to medium-sized business
Strong technical accounting skills with a thorough understanding of bookkeeping and small practice accounting




Proficiency in MYOB accounting software is essential
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in managing and developing a team
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
