Responsibilities - Lead the daily prep and effective bulk cooking of our signature fresh menu items.

Oversee strict food safety protocols to ensure 100% compliance on every shift.

Qualifications - Holds a valid Food Safety Supervisor certificate with a sharp eye for compliance.
Brings proven experience in bulk food preparation and commercial kitchen workflows.
Thrives in autonomous environments and takes pride in managing a solo kitchen space.
Delivers energetic, warm, and friendly customer service during busy retail peaks.
Maintains versatile availability to cover 3 shifts over a Monday to Sunday roster.
