About the Role Our client is a publicly listed global express and parcel delivery group operating one of the largest cross-border logistics networks in the world, with a rapidly expanding Australian footprint backed by significant investment in local infrastructure and headcount.

Reporting to the Settlement Manager, you will own the full accounts payable and receivable cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all transactional finance activity for the local entity. This role sits at the operational core of the Australian finance function, working closely with both the local team and the China head office to support month-end close and ongoing reporting requirements.

Your Main Duties Will Include
End to end accounts payable and payment run administration, including supplier invoice matching, coding and query resolution
Customer invoicing, statements, receipt allocation and resolution of account queries




Monitoring outstanding accounts and following up collections professionally and on time
Corporate credit card reconciliations and staff reimbursements
Weekly and monthly bank and account reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies
Intercompany transactions and reimbursements across associated entities
Supporting month end close, BAS and routine financial reporting
Financial data entry, record keeping and general finance administration

The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate
Previous experience in an Accounts Officer, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeper or Finance Administration role
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Solid organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team
Skilled proficiency in Mandarin and English
