The Role

This is a customer-focused Cashier position where you'll be the face of Five Guys, delivering outstanding service while ensuring every guest has a excellent experience. You'll also assist with food preparation and support the kitchen team when required, with full training provided.

Hours
Monday to Sunday, between 8:00am – midnight (rotating roster)
Full availability Friday to Sunday is required

Key Responsibilities
Greeting customers and providing friendly, productive service
Taking orders, processing payments, and handling cash accurately
Preparing drinks and completing customer orders
Assisting with fresh food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as required
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards across front and back of house




Supporting the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
