Esteria Café & Restaurant is seeking an experienced, reliable and customer-focused Hospitality All-rounder to join our friendly team at our waterfront café and restaurant in Watsons Bay.

Typical Shifts
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Shift days, hours and roster may vary depending on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
Produce consistent latte art
Deliver excellent customer service
Take orders and serve food and beverages
Maintain a clean, organised and professional work environment
Work efficiently as part of a busy team

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a busy café
Confident espresso-making and latte art skills
Previous hospitality or waitstaff experience
Solid communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Available to work weekends
Current NSW RSA Certificate
Valid Australian working rights




Australian or New Zealand citizens are preferred

Pay & Advantages
Up to AU$40 per hour, depending on experience, skills and employment type
Paid in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award (MA000119)
